The unique location right next to Lagoa das Furnas offers a serene and enchanting environment. The holiday home is fully equipped, beautifully designed, and decorated with a personal touch. It provides privacy while still allowing access to the farm and its friendly hosts. The surrounding area is perfect for hikes and tours, making it an ideal starting point for exploring Furnas and the lake.

The kitchenette was fully equipped with a fridge and stove, allowing me to prepare my own meals. It made me feel like a cozy home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my own preference, and I'm sure others might appreciate it.

We stayed at the charming Welcomebuddy in Furnas for a week and it was an absolute delight. The location is simply stunning, nestled in the protected Furnas lake area with lush vegetation and a variety of animals. The attention to detail in the design of the property was impressive, inspiring us with ideas for our own home. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the area. And the Dona Beija thermal baths were a definite highlight!
